Product Description
Barrikade EP-SLF is a solvent-free, two-component pigmented flexible epoxy resin, supplied in two grades:
EP-SLF-I (Undercoat-softer), EP-SLF-II (Top-coat-harder).
Use gloves and goggles. Keep the components at room temperature 24 hrs before use. Do not up end container.

Areas of use
Barrikade EP-SLF is intended for use on asphalt, flintcote, other bituminous substrates, concrete and water-proofed plywood and hardboard to withstand impact loads and thermal shock.
SELF-LEVELLING SYSTEM, 2,5 - 3 MM
Primer: Barrikade EP-BP, approx. 0,25 l/m². (asphalt requires normally no primer).
Barrikade EP-SLF-I, approx. 2 kg/m².
Barrikade EP-SLF-II, approx. 2,2 kg/m².
Preparation
Concrete: The surface should be free of laitance, oil and grease and loose or friable particles which may affect adhesion. Automatic shotblasting or scabbling is recommended. The surface should be vacuumed.
Asphalt: Surface must be clean.
Cracks/holes
Uneven substrates must be levelled out and holes repaired
SLURRY/SCATTERED SYSTEM, 5 MM
Primer: Barrikade EP-BP, approx. 0,25 l/m². (asphalt requires normaly no primer).
Barrikade EP-SLF-I, approx. 2,1 kg/m².
Filler, 5,5 kg natural sand 0,7 - 1,2 mm and 1,5 kg Dynagrip 16 mesh.
Barrikade EP-SLF-II, approx. 1,5 kg/m².
Cleaning
Wash hands with special hand cleanser and thereafter
with Barrikade EP-SLF-I and filler.
Mixing
Barrikade EP-SLF is supplied in units ready to use comprising component A (Base) and component B (Hardener). First thoroughly stir contents in component A
with soap and water. Tools should be cleaned with solvents.
Health and safety
Mandatory and recommended industrial hygiene procedures should be followed whenever reactive resins
to a homogenous consistency. Pour contents of B into A container and mix thoroughly for several minutes.
