Product description
Barrikade PU-SLF 3K is a 3-component solvent free self levelling flexible polyurethane. The product is used as a bottom layer in flexible systems. The product is pigmented, and is delivered in different colours. Barrikade PU-SLF 3K is water-proof, and is very hard wearing.
User areas
Barrikade PU-SLF 3K is meant to be used as a bottom and top layer where there is a demand for flexible solutions and mainly in parking decks
Preparation
The surface should be free of laitance, oil and grease and loose or friable particles which may affect adhesion. Automatic shot blasting or scabbing is recommended. The surface should be vacuumed.
Mixing
Barrikade PU SLF 3K is supplied in units ready to use comprising component A (Base) , component B (Hardener) and component C (filler) The components must be mixed before use. Pour contents of B into A container and mix thoroughly, then pour in C and mix thoroughly for several minutes. Use gloves and goggles. Keep the components at room temperature 24 hrs before use.
Cleaning
Wash hands with special hand cleanser and thereafter with soap and water. Tools should be cleaned with solvents.
Health and safety
Mandatory and recommended industrial hygiene procedures should be followed whenever reactive resins are being handled and processed. The product contains isocyanates.
